We are seeking to grow our Robotic Service Engineer team. Epoch Robotics, a division of JR Automation, is a valued partner providing robotic controls integration, robotic parts, 24/7 emergency service, preventive maintenance, and training for a broad range of industries. Our Service Engineers are factory trained to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain FANUC and Panasonic robotic controllers, mechanical units, transfer devices, and peripheral equipment. Our Fanuc Master Certified Engineers help our customers by reducing downtime, providing on-site evaluations and repairs with new, used, and refurbished parts.
As a Service Engineer with Epoch, you will be a trusted resource to our customers. You will work with leading edge controls/robotic and manufacturing technology on processes, integration, and automation. Our team members collaborate, communicate, find solutions, and work with customers to ensure they continue production and limit down time. We invest in our Service Engineers with training and certifications. Our Master Certified Engineers are certified with FANUC and Miller Welding Automation robots. Our Service Engineers travel up to 70% to provide our domestic customers with superior service; international travel may also be required. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to accommodate customers’ down time.
Qualified candidates will have two or more years of recent experience in machine maintenance that includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software; as well as performing preventative maintenance and repair. Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent training and experience.
